With over 37 years of experience in top leadership roles in the Banking & Financial services industry (including 8 years as MD & CEO), I pride myself in bringing the expertise in devising & leading strategic initiatives across various geographies and jurisdictions viz. India, UK, Singapore, Dubai and Bangladesh.

Possessing excellent stakeholder management & collaboration skills, I have led large verticals and highly skilled teams through challenging business & regulatory environments with focus on governance & compliance, while ensuring maximum returns to stakeholders.

An unwavering learner, I have successfully completed Advanced Management and Leadership, Climate Change and FinTech courses from Oxford Said Business School. Having completed the course from INSEAD Fontainebleau France, I am now a Certified Coach (ICC) and Mentor, though my pursuit for learning continues with ILM7 UK.

My coaching Philosophy is where my belief and value system merge with my coaching style. Fundamentally based on Integrity, Empathy, Trust, Transparency, Curiosity and Resilience, I am seeking to utilise my experiences and learnings so as to help guide others through their transitional journeys.

Oneira, the name of my consultancy, means ‘Dreams’ in Greek.

However, I must admit: Neither am I a Dream Catcher, nor do I profess possessing powers to convert dreams into reality. What I do hope to do, is work with each one of my clients as a thought partner and advisor to accomplish their dreams, and thus fulfil their ‘Oneira’.
